2. DEFINITIONS

"Subscription" means a recurring order for Products at your chosen frequency.

3. ORDERS AND CONTRACTS

3.1 How Contracts Are Formed

When you place an Order:

You make an offer to purchase Products
We send you an Order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your Order
A binding contract is formed when we dispatch the Products and send you a dispatch confirmation email

We reserve the right to refuse any Order before dispatch.

3.2 Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:

Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from actual products
We cannot guarantee exact colour reproduction due to screen variations
If a product is incorrectly priced due to an error, we will contact you before processing your Order

3.3 Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect Orders already placed.
Delivery charges are as stated in our Shipping Policy.

3.4 Payment

Payment is required at the time of Order. We accept:

Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

All payments are processed securely through our payment service providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

3.5 Product Availability

All Orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an Order, we will contact you and offer:

A suitable alternative product, or
A full refund

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS

4.1 How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe:

Products are automatically dispatched at your chosen frequency
You are charged for each dispatch before the Products are sent
You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each dispatch
You can manage your Subscription through your Account

4.2 Subscription Discounts and Minimum Commitment

If you subscribe at a discounted price, you must complete a minimum of 3 delivery cycles to retain the discount.
If you cancel before completing 3 cycles, you will be charged the difference between the discounted subscription price and the full retail price for the cycles you have received.
After completing 3 cycles, you may cancel at any time with no additional charges.

4.3 Managing Your Subscription

You can skip, pause, or cancel your Subscription at any time by:

Logging into your Account, or
Emailing customerservices@nex8labs.com

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next scheduled dispatch.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment for your Subscription fails:

We will attempt to process payment again
If payment continues to fail, your Subscription will be suspended
We will notify you by email

5. DELIVERY

Full details of our delivery service are in our Shipping Policy.
Summary:

We deliver to UK addresses only
Standard delivery: Royal Mail 48 (2-3 working days from dispatch)
Delivery cost: £3.95 (FREE on orders over £100)
Orders placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

6.1 Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including:

14-day cooling-off period for online purchases
Rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed products

6.2 Sealed Hygiene Products

Important: Under UK law, you cannot return sealed cosmetic or hygiene products once they have been opened or unsealed, unless they are faulty.
This is an exception to the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. USER ACCOUNTS

7.1 Creating an Account

To place Orders or manage Subscriptions, you may need to create an Account.
When creating an Account:

You must provide accurate and complete information
You must be at least 16 years old
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
You are responsible for all activities under your Account

7.2 Account Security

You must:

Keep your password secure and confidential
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account
Not share your Account with others

We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account.

We may suspend or terminate your Account if:

Following product instructions and warnings

We strongly recommend patch testing all skincare products before first use.

Wait 24 hours
